UTICA TRAVELERS BUILDING

The Utica Commercial Travelers of America Building was first constructed in 1905. In 1938, an addition to the original 5-story structure was built. This iconic Utica building was home to various insurance companies for over 110 years and has played a pivotal role in shaping the Mohawk Valley economy. Lahinch Group, Hueber-Breuer Construction and Morrisroe Lynn Development completed construction in the summer of 2022.

This certified historic rehabilitation project transformed the Utica Travelers Building into 10,000 sf of commercial/retail space and 32 residential units. Barton & Loguidice, D.P.C is the anchor tenant; opening their first office in the Utica market. The property offers ample amenities including on-site parking, tenant storage, fitness and community room. The building is also just steps away from the famous Utica Coffee shop as well as other restaurants and entertainment venues.
