MERRELL-SOULE BUILDING

Lahinch Group, William H. Lane Incorporated and Morrisroe Lynn Development completed the rehabilitation of the Merrell-Soule Building in 2022.

The redevelopment plan included expansion space for Central Rock Climbing Gym, and 41 loft apartments. Throughout the building(s) there are subtle reminders of the storied past of the Minced Meat Factory and later years Borden Ice Cream. Our development team worked with MacKnight Architects to design a facility offering various amenities not only to our tenants, but other residents and employees in the Franklin Square neighborhood.
