AMPHION PIANO PLAYER BUILDING

Slated to start in 2023, Lahinch Group, W.H. Lane Construction and Morrisroe Lynn Development are planning a certified historic rehabilitation of the Amphion Piano Player Factory in the Franklin Square neighborhood.

This project will convert a severely blighted property into an adaptive re-use project which will house some of Syracuse’s most unique live-work space.
