OAK KNITTING MILL

Started in late 2016 and completed in October 2017, Lahinch Group, Morrisroe Lynn Development and BBL Construction Inc. jointly re-developed this historic mill into a mixed-use office and residential complex in the Franklin Square neighborhood.

This certified historic rehabilitation project converted an empty shell of a building into 7,500 sf of commercial space and 38 residential units. The commercial space is occupied by Appel Osbourne Landscape Architects, bringing over 25 jobs to the neighborhood.
